Syrah MIRAZ 2018.
Fermentation along maceration in stainless steel vinificators lasting for 15 days. After that, pressing followed and continued malolactic fermentation in barrique barrels made of Slavonian and French oak. Aging lasted for 12 months.
Emphasized dark purple-red color
Emphasized varietal aroma, very complex dominated by black berries.
Intensive and seductive taste with blackcurrant and blackberry aroma which nicely accompany spicy notes.
