Graševina MIRAZ 2019.
After handpicked harvest of grapes, maceration was carried out for 48 hours. After that, fermentation took place in stainless steel tank for 12 days. After fermentation wine aged in wooden barrels (500 l) on fine yeast sediment for 6 months. In that period malolactic fermentation took place.
Golden yellow with green reflection.
Aroma is expressive, fruity dominated by green apple and apricot with elegant influence of wood.
Taste is full, complex with nicely balanced alcohol, refined minerality and finish that is enriched with pleasant mild almond bitterness that is characteristic of Slavonian graševina.
