Cuvee DIKA 2018.
After primary processing, maceration was carried out along with fermentation lasting for 12 days of each variety separately. In that period malolactic fermentation was carried out too. After fermentations were finished, wine was moved to large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak (3000 and 4000 l) to aging for 6 months.
At 16-18 °C in red wine glass.
Emphasized intensive dark red.
It rests on dark fruit intertwined with shades of herbs. Prunes, black ripe currants and delicate spicy notes. This blend is characterized by accentuated freshness and refined tannins.
Fine, dry and vivid rounded with light bitterish taste. Full taste , harmonius wine.

Excellent choice with dark meat, spicy starters, dry delicacies (Slavonian specialties: kulen, ham), spicy barbecue meals, dips and venison stews, meat lasagna, cannelloni, mushrooms.
