Sparkling Wine GRASECCO brut
White sparkling wine made by tank method (Charmat method ) and bottled in 750 mL bottles sealed with a cork.

Exceptionaly demanding and dynamic viticultural year. Vegetative cycle of vine development was marked by excellent rainfall schedule in spring and dry and extremely warm summer resulting in exceptional grape quality.
Production of base wine: handpicked grape harvest with selection of best grapes in the vineyard. Must was generated by pressing entire grape bunches without stemm separation followed by must clarification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14 °C.
Second fermentation took place in tanks where Grasecco aged for three months and was then bottled.
Mild yellowish color with greenish tone. Soft, full sweet bouquet with a hint of almond bitterness and mild acidity of graševina.
Wine best matches cold starters, pasta, salads but can be served as aperitif too.
Alcohol: 12,0 %vol.
Reduced sugar : 10,1 g/L
Total acidity: 5,9 g/L
