Sparkling Wine FRANCESCA brut
Rosé sparkling wine was made by tank method (Charmat method) and bottled in 750 mL bottles sealed with a cork.

Exceptionaly demanding and dynamic viticultural year. Vegetative cycle of vine development was marked by excellent rainfall schedule in spring and dry and extremely warm summer resulting in exceptional grape quality.
Production of base wine: handpicked grapes with selection of best grapes in the vineyard. Must was generated by pressing entire grape bunches without stemm separation followed by must clarification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 13 °C.
Second fermentation took place in tanks where Francesca aged for three months and was then bottled.
Rosé sparkling wine with nice, fresh, elegant fruity bouquet reminding of strawberries and raspberries is an ideal summer refreshment. Wine is best when paired with fruit, fruit deserts, pasta and white fish.
Alcohol: 12,5 %vol.
Reduced sugar: 4,5 g/L
Total acidity: 7,2 g/L
