In 2012 vegetative cycle of vine provided grapes of high quality with excellent grape color and distinctive characteristic of a sort.
Manual grape harvest, selection of best grapes, fermentation with maceration in inox vinificators in period of 14 days, pressing and continuous malolactic fermentation in barrique barrels made of Slavonian oak. Maturing 24 months after blending and selection of best barrels of young wines. After repeated selection of best barrels wine was blended in inox until filling.
Deep ruby red color indicates at first sight that it is a serious wine. Scent is deep, full, of fruity character emphasized by cooked fruit and marmelade. Taste is full, strong, soft and ripe tannin, harmonious. Wine is in excellent condition and ready to age. Red meat, venison, baked veal, ripe and cottage cheese, ‘kulen’ are good basis for enjoying this wine served at 16 to 18 °C.
