Sparkling Wine GRASECCO extra brut
White sparkling wine produced by tank method (Charmat method ) bottled in 750 mL bottles sealed with a cork.

Exceptionaly demanding and dynamic viticultural year. Vegetative cycle of vine development was marked by excellent rainfall schedule in spring and dry and extremely warm summer resulting in exceptional grape quality.
Production of base wine: handpicked harvest with selection of best grape bunches in the vineyard. Must was generated by pressing entire bunches without stemm separation followed by must clarification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14 °C.
Second fermentation took place in tanks where Grasecco aged for three months and was then bottled.
Mild greenish color and fruity bouquet reminding of green apples and citrus fruits combined with ice freshness make perfect combination with white meat, shells, cold starters. Wine is perfect as aperitif as well.
Alcohol: 12,0 %vol.
Reduced sugar : 1,0 g/L
Total acidity : 6,0 g/L
